TSO CAULIFLOWER IN STICKY HONEY SAUCE

A note from Emma: I absolutely adore this vegetarian version of a classic takeaway General Tso Chicken. I love making it for guests at dinner parties and hearing how much they’re enjoying “the chicken”.

SAFFRON & HONEY CHEESECAKE

Zealandia's bronze label MGO 100+ matches the decadent flavours of this cheesecake, without overpowering the saffron. Unclasp the sides of the pan and garnish with fruit and icing sugar as desired. Cut into slices and enjoy!

SALTED HONEY-CARAMEL RAW SLICE WITH PECANS AND CACAO

Note from Emma: Zealandia's bronze label MGO 100+ is an affordable way to get the health bringing properties of Manuka into the diet. Zealandia's Silver label MGO 250+ stands up to the bold cacao in the topping.

Who's Emma?

Once she had finished her nutrition degree, Emma started a business together her kiwi husband - Emma's Food Bag. It was the early days of the home delivery boom. After about six years, they decided it was time to move on.

BLUEBERRY AND HONEY GIN MOJITOS WITH FRESH MINT

Made with Zealandia Honey® Kānuka
The Kānuka honey is a fairly runny honey which will mix well with the soda water and crushed ice.

FLATBREAD WITH CHÈVRE, PINE NUTS AND HONEY DRIZZLE

This drizzle uses a packs a real flavour punch and ties in nicely with the tangy and bold flavours of the flatbread.

THAI HERB AND HONEY SAUCE WITH SKEWERS

The floral and bold flavours stand up to the punchy, fragrant herbs and sauces.Add pad Thai noodles, rice or cauliflower rice for a main meal.

SWEET AND SPICY CHAI LATTE WITH WHOLE SPICES AND HONEY

We use the top range of our honey in this warm drink to help boost immunity and ward off illnesses. Note from Emma: This recipe makes 3 cups of delicious chai, which in turn makes about 6 cups of chai latte. Once made, this will keep for up to a week (or to the expiry date of the milk) in the fridge and can be reheated as needed. Add honey to the cup so you don’t need to heat the honey, as this will diminish the benefits of the Manuka honey.
